1cupsalted buttermelted
1cupgranulated sugar
4eggs
15ouncescream-style corn
4ouncesdiced green chiles
1cupMexican blend cheese
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupyellow corn flour
4teaspoonsbaking powder
¼teaspoontable salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well blended.
Add the eggs, corn, and green chiles.
