Ingredients

  • 12 oz brewed strong coffee hot (needs to be hot to melt the butter)
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened (mct oil, coconut oil , or ghee can be substituted)
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place freshly brewed coffee, heavy cream, collagen, monk fruit sweetener, butter, and cinnamon in a blender and blend.
  • Chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Serve over ice.
