Artichoke Spinach Dip
This baked hot artichoke spinach dip is easy to make in about 30 minutes. It's so cheesy and perfect for holiday and game day entertaining.

- 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
- ½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish my spraying lightly with cooking oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, spinach, Italian cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and basil. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
Top with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, and/or toasted, sliced french bread.
