Ingredients
1poundfresh green beanstrimmed
2tspsalt
10.5ouncescream of mushroom soup
1cupmilk
1tbspdry ranch seasoning
1tsppepper
1cupfrench fried onions
1cupColby jack cheese
1/2cupbacon – cookedabout 4 slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the green beans in a large, deep skillet and cover with water and 2 teaspoons salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook the green beans for about 5 minutes or until the beans are crisp-tender.
Drain the water out of the pan, leaving the green beans in the pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, ranch seasoning, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the green beans and add in ½ cup of the french fried onions. Stir to combine.
Next top the green beans with the shredded cheese, remaining onions, and bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with extra cheese, bacon, and fried onions if desired!
