Apple Pie Pockets
Apple Pie Pockets are an easy to make fall treat. 4 ingredients are all you need to make this handheld version of the All American classic dessert.

- 1 tube Grands flaky biscuits
- 1 can apple pie filling or homemade if desired
- 8 tbsp butter 1 stick
- 1/4 cup cinnamon/sugar mixture
Preheat the oven to 400.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment – set aside.
Separate biscuits, pulling & stretching them out just a little before placing on the parchment-lined sheet.
Place a tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough round.
Pull the dough together to cover the filling, pinching the dough to seal & then flip it over, placing seam side down on the parchment.
Repeat with all the rounds.
Melt butter & then brush it over the top of each pie pocket.
Sprinkle each one with the cinnamon & sugar mixture.
Bake 15-18 minute or until puffed & golden brown.
