Easy Bacon Crab Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dungeness Crab meat about 2 Dungeness Crabs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha aioli
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • romaine lettuce
  • 2-4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  • Shell the cooked crab and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, sriracha aioli, cooked bacon pieces, chopped tomato, melted butter, onion powder, granulated garlic, and salt & pepper.
  • Fold ingredients together until well incorporated.
  • Serve on a soft hoagie roll with romaine lettuce.
