Ingredients
1cupbutter softened (2 sticks)
3/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2tspalmond extract
2-1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1tspbaking soda
1/2tsptable salt
1cupmacadamia nuts coarsely chopped
1cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixer bowl, cream together butter & sugars until smooth.
Slowly beat in eggs
Mix in extracts.
Add in flour, baking soda, and salt, beating well.
Fold in the macadamia nuts & white chocolate.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Add additional chocolate chips on top while cookies are still hot
Transfer to a wire cooling rack after 2-3 minutes & allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to an airtight container.
