Slow Cooker Ham & Cheese Spinach Dip
Slow Cooker Ham & Cheese Spinach Dip is an easy game day appetizer that preps in just 5 minutes. Perfect for your homegating parties, it's delicious.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups diced Eckrich Deli Ham Off the Bone Deli Meat
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3-4 tbsp dried minced onions
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small slow cooker
- Cover & cook on high 1.5 - 2 hours stirring occasionally
- Once all cheese is melted, stir again & transfer to serving dish
- Serve with crostini or crackers
