Veggie Pizza Bites- Muffin Tin Meals
Mini bites of delicious crescent rolls filled with veggies & dip.

Ingredients

8oz roll refrigerated crescent rolls
1
8oz pkg cream cheese - softened
1/2
cup
sour cream
1/2
pkt ranch dressing mix
1/4
cup
finely chopped broccoli
1/4
cup
finely chopped cauliflower
1/4
cup
finely chopped red & green bell peppers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 8 mini muffin cups with cooking spray
Unroll crescent rolls on work surface & separate along the perforations
Place each piece of dough into prepared muffin cup
Bake 6-8 minutes or until very lightly browned
Remove from oven & set aside
Mix cream cheese, sour cream & dressing mix in a small bowl until creamy
Scoop a small portion of the dip into each muffin cup
Top with your raw veggies
Use a knife or spatula to transfer to serving platter to be enjoyed immediately
