Snickers Brownie for 2

Snickers Brownie for 2, the perfect Valentine's Day treat. Thin brownie layer loaded with Snickers bar pieces & topped with whipped cream and cherry! YUM!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp half & half
  • 2 tsp packed brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips- for mixing
  • 7-10 Snickers minis - chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Microwave butter, 6 tbsp chocolate chips & half & half in a small bowl- stir until completely melted & combined - set aside & allow to cool
  3. In another small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, vanilla & egg - whisk to combine
  4. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture
  5. Fold in flour
  6. Stir in remaining chocolate chips
  7. Spread into a small 6.5" cast iron skillet
  8. Bake 12-15 min
  9. Top with chopped Snickers while still hot (If you need to stick back in the oven for 30 seconds to melt the candy bars- that's okay)
  10. Top with whipped cream or ice cream & cherry when serving
