Cheesy Garlic Soup Dippers
Cheesy Garlic Soup Dippers are broiled sourdough bread sticks loaded with butter, seasonings & Parmesan cheese. Better than croutons & absolutely perfect w/ any soup recipe. All that crunchy, cheesy, garlicky goodness- YUM!

- 1 loaf Sourdough Bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Slice each piece of bread lengthwise & place flat on baking sheet (I usually do about 10 slices or 1/2 a loaf)
Place butter in small bowl & melt in microwave approx 20-30 seconds
Brush melted butter over each slice of bread - coating well
Sprinkle with seasonings & Parmesan cheese
Broil 7-10 minutes watching carefully as every oven is different - cook until golden brown & cheese is melted
