Ingredients
1sheet thawed puff pastry
4large eggs- divided use
1cup+ 2 tbsp half & half - divided
1cupfresh chopped spinach
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/3cupbacon bits
1tbspminced onions
3tspgarlic powder
salt / pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Unfold puff pastry & cut into 9 squares
Gently stretch each square & place in the bottom of un-greased muffin tin wells
In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 of the eggs, 1 cup half & half along with spinach, cheese, bacon, onions & seasonings
Ladle into your puff pastry
In a small bowl whisk together remaining egg & half & half
