- ½ head cabbage
- ½ head purple cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup creamy Italian dressing
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onions
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Rough chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Toss in a large bowl with remaining ingredients until fully combined & all ingredients are coated with dressing.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
