Ingredients
4cupsfrozen strawberries
13ounces coconut milk
⅓cupraw honey
Instructions
Combine strawberries, coconut milk and honey in a high powered blender and blend on high for several minutes or until completely smooth.
Pour mixture into pop mold & tap down to fill any air pockets.
Add the top and the popsicle sticks. Freeze at least 4 hours but overnight is best before serving.
To remove, run the sides of the pop mold under room temperature water until each pop releases, taking care to not let the pops melt too much in the process.
