Sea Salt Garlic Corn

Sea Salt Garlic Corn is a delicious twist to the classic BBQ side dish. This corn on the cob recipe will keep them coming back for more all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn on the cob - shucked
  • ½ cup butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • pinch of parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the corn in a large pot of water filled so most of the corn is covered.
  • Cover & bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Uncover & continue to boil approx 6-8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, stir garlic paste into melted butter until fully combined.
  • Once the corn is done cooking, remove & place on a large plate.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter over each corn cob.
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt, parmesan cheese & parsley before serving.
