Sea Salt Garlic Corn

Sea Salt Garlic Corn is the perfect twist on a classic corn on the cob recipe.

  • Corn on the cob- shucked
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • pinch of parsley for garnish


  1. Place corn in a large pot of water filled so most of the corn is covered
  2. Cover & bring to a boil over high heat
  3. Uncover & continue to boil approx 6-8 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, stir garlic paste into melted butter until fully combined
  5. Once the corn is done cooking, remove & place on a large plate
  6. Drizzle garlic butter over each corn cob
  7. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt, parmesan cheese & parsley
