Beer Bread Dinner Rolls

Super simple dinner roll recipe that's ready in 45 minutes. Truly amazing!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Bottle Beer room temperature
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray 8" round pan (I used a spring-form pan) - set aside
  • Mix flour, sugar & beer in mixer bowl with dough hook attachment until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl
  • Pull pieces of the dough off & set in pan - it will be loose & sticky - that's okay
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven & pour melted butter over the top
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, parsley & granulated garlic
  • Return to oven & bake another 20 minutes
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes
  • Remove from pan, serve warm
