BBQ Meatball Fry Bread Tacos
BBQ meatballs, pulled pork style sandwiches & tacos come together in a fry bread shell - delish!

Meatballs
- 1 Pound Frozen Mini Meatballs
- 1 12 Oz Bottle of Beer
- 2 Cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Pepper to Taste
Toppings- Assemble
- Fry bread - homemade or pre-packaged
- cabbage
- blue cheese
- crispy fried onions
Place all meatball ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes
Once the sauce begins boiling reduce heat to a simmer.
Let cook on low for 20 min or until sauce has reduced & meatballs are cooked through.
Add to your fry bread
Top with cabbage, blue cheese & fried onions
