Pastrami & Relish Dog
Pastrami & Relish Dog is an oversized hot dog paired with pastrami & loaded with a buttery cabbage & mushroom relish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 purple onion
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1/2 head of purple cabbage
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- salt & pepper to taste.
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 lb pastrami- thinly sliced
- 4 large hot dogs
- 4 hoagie buns
Instructions
- Roughly cut your cabbage & onion & add to large skillet
- Add garlic, butter, mushrooms, teriyaki
- Saute until cabbage has softened but is still vibrant - about 20 minutes.
- In another skillet, fry hot dogs until hot & sizzling
- Slice lengthwise & place in bun on top of pastrami
- Top with relish & enjoy
