Traditional Deviled Eggs

Traditional Deviled Eggs are great anytime!

  • 12 eggs hard boiled & peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • Sprinkle smoked paprika


  1. Cut cooked eggs in half.
  2. Arrange egg whites cut-side up on a serving plate
  3. Place yolks in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with fork & stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
  5. Stir ingredients well.
  6. Add salt & pepper
  7. Spoon mixture into a small piping bag fitted with a star tip
  8. Squeeze a small dollop into each egg white half
  9. Sprinkle eggs with smoked paprika
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
