Triple Chocolate Brownies
Triple Chocolate Brownies are a thick & fudgy brownie recipe made from scratch. They are so easy to make & ready in about 30 minutes. So good!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate, melted 2 squares- 1 oz. each
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir together flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until well mixed.
Stir in applesauce, Better'n Eggs, canola oil, melted baking chocolate and vanilla just until well mixed; careful not to over stir.
Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips & walnuts.
Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Do not over bake.
