Ingredients

Crust

  • cup crushed graham crackers about a full sleeve/ 9-10 crackers
  • ¼ cup brown sugar- packed
  • 6 tbsp butter melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 box strawberry & banana Jello 3 oz.
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 1.34oz
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed

Additional

  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries - sliced

Instructions

Crust

  • Crush the graham crackers, I use the food processor.
  • Add the sugar & melted butter and mix it in with a fork.
  • Press into your pie plate and up the sides.
  • Chill in freezer until set firm or until ready to fill.

Filling

  • Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the sugar, Jello & pudding mix. Mix well.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Slice banana & place in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  • Spread filling into the pie crust on top of the banana slices.
  • Decorate with strawberry slices.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
