Crust
- 1¼ cup crushed graham crackers about a full sleeve/ 9-10 crackers
- ¼ cup brown sugar- packed
- 6 tbsp butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1 box strawberry & banana Jello 3 oz.
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 1.34oz
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
Additional
- 1 banana
- 4-5 fresh strawberries - sliced
Crust
Crush the graham crackers, I use the food processor.
Add the sugar & melted butter and mix it in with a fork.
Press into your pie plate and up the sides.
Chill in freezer until set firm or until ready to fill.
Filling
Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, Jello & pudding mix. Mix well.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Slice banana & place in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Spread filling into the pie crust on top of the banana slices.
Decorate with strawberry slices.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
