Peanut Butter Stuffed Honey Taffy

This super simple, 2-Ingredient, Peanut Butter Stuffed Honey Taffy is such a delicious treat. Tastes just like an Abba Zabba. Ready in less than 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter crunchy or creamy

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment & spray with cooking spray- set aside
  • Bring honey to a boil in an uncovered, medium, non-stick saucepan
  • Continue to boil until honey reaches 280 degrees on a candy thermometer
  • Immediately pour out onto prepared parchment & let cool approx 20 minutes
  • Spray your hands with cooking spray or wear food-grade kitchen gloves
  • Start folding, stretching & pulling the honey continually until it starts to firm up & lighten in color
  • Lay out on the counter & roll with a rolling pin or glass to smooth out into a long flat layer
  • Spoon peanut butter down the center & roll ends towards each other
  • At this point, it should look like a long rope of taffy
  • Using a butter knife or pastry cutter, cut off bite-sized pieces & wrap in parchment paper.
