Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pre-cooked frozen mini meatballs
  • 1 12- oz of your favorite ale
  • 18- oz BBQ Sauce
  • 8- oz raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large saucepan or shallow stockpot. (I used my cast iron dutch oven)
  • Bring to medium-high heat. Let cook for 2-4 min
  • Once the sauce begins to boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Let cook for 15 minutes or until sauce has darkened & reduced (meatballs are already cooked- so they should just be hot) Remove & serve!
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To make in the air fryer - use frozen meatballs and cook at 400 for 8-12 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, then toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
