Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • cup E-Z Gel Instant Food Thickener
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice opt

Instructions

  • Place the berries in a strong zip-top bag, seal & squish with your hands until no large chunks remain.
  • Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add sugar, ultra-gel and lemon juice if using.
  • Whisk briskly for approx 3 minutes.
  • Let sit 2 minutes before transferring to sterile jars - keep refrigerated.
