Ingredients

  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1 15oz can black beans- drained & rinsed
  • 5 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese- divided
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1-1/2 cups salsa
  • Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, black beans, taco seasoning, salsa & 3 cups of the fiesta cheese in a small slow cooker - no need to stir yet
  2. Cover & cook on low for 30 minutes
  3. After 30 minutes, stir well, top with remaining cheese (don't stir in the additional cheese)
  4. Cover & cook another 30 minutes
  5. Remove lid, stir well & serve with Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for dipping
