Ingredients
18oz block cream cheese
115oz can black beans- drained & rinsed
5cupsfiesta blend shredded cheese- divided
1taco seasoning packet
1-1/2cupssalsa
Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for serving
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, black beans, taco seasoning, salsa & 3 cups of the fiesta cheese in a small slow cooker - no need to stir yet
Cover & cook on low for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, stir well, top with remaining cheese (don't stir in the additional cheese)
Cover & cook another 30 minutes
Remove lid, stir well & serve with Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for dipping
