Nutella Kahlua Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese- softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups Nutella
  • 1 -2 tsp homemade kahlua
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder for rolling
  • or sprinkles of desired

Instructions

  1. Cream cream cheese & confectioners sugar together in mixer until smooth
  2. Add Nutella
  3. If separating some for kids - remove a portion of the mixture & place in a small bowl - cover & freeze
  4. With remaining mixture - beat in kahlua
  5. Cover & freeze 1-2 hours
  6. Once mixture is quite firm - scoop out portions with a melon baller & roll into balls between hands
  7. Roll in cocoa powder or another coating of choice
  8. Place on parchment lined baking sheet & return to freezer to firm again
  9. Store in freezer until ready to serve
