Nutella Kahlua Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese- softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups Nutella
  • 1 -2 tsp homemade kahlua
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder for rolling
  • or sprinkles of desired

Instructions

  • Cream cream cheese & confectioners sugar together in mixer until smooth
  • Add Nutella
  • If separating some for kids - remove a portion of the mixture & place in a small bowl - cover & freeze
  • With remaining mixture - beat in kahlua
  • Cover & freeze 1-2 hours
  • Once mixture is quite firm - scoop out portions with a melon baller & roll into balls between hands
  • Roll in cocoa powder or another coating of choice
  • Place on parchment lined baking sheet & return to freezer to firm again
  • Store in freezer until ready to serve
