Huckleberry Jam {Ready in 10 Minutes}

Ingredients

  • 1-2/3 cup fresh huckleberries
  • 2 tbsp instant pectin
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Place berries in large bowl & mash with a potato masher until well broken down - set aside
  • In medium bowl combine sugar & pectin- mix
  • Add mashed berries & mix well - at least 3 minutes
  • Transfer to small saucepan & bring just to a boil
  • Remove from heat & cool several minutes before transferring to prepared jars
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 6 months
