Garlic Cabbage Slaw {Recipe}


  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic- minced
  • 1-1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 small green cabbage - shredded
  • salt & pepper & garlic powder to taste


  1. Put your shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl whisk your sour cream, vinegar & garlic until combined.
  3. Pour over cabbage & toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Serve as a side dish at your next BBQ.

  1. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
