1poundsteakthinly sliced
1green bell pepperthinly sliced

12slider buns
2tablespoonsbuttermelted and divided
12slicesprovolone cheese
2tablespoonsolive oil - divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced ribeye steak, season it with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed, and sauté the sliced onions and green peppers until they're tender and caramelized.
While the vegetables are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Brush the inside of the bottom with the melted butter. Reserve the remainder of the melted butter.
Spread the cooked steak evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Top with the sautéed onions and green peppers.
Place a slice of provolone cheese over each slider and cover with the top halves of the buns.
Brush the tops of the buns with the remaining butter.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
