Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the flour, cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt, and in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined.
Add the egg, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk together just until a smooth batter forms. Set aside.
Next, make the cinnamon swirl by combining the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk with a fork until mixed well.
Then add the melted butter and mix until a chunky mixture has formed.
Pour half of the batter for the bread into the cinnamon mixture and whisk together.
Alternate adding large scoops of the plain batter and cinnamon batter into the loaf pan.
Drag a knife back and forth through the batter to create a swirl pattern - both vertically and horizontally.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once done, allow it to cool completely.
While the loaf cools, make the glaze.
Combine the confectioner’s sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the top of the baked bread, letting it drip over the sides.
Cut and serve!
