8ozcream cheesesoftened - 1 package
½cupmayonnaise
15ozcorndrained - 1 can
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded - divided
¼cupgreen onions - diced
¼cupred bell pepper - diced
¼teaspoongarlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
tortilla or corn chips for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and seasonings, beating until blended.
Fold the drained corn, softened cream cheese, about ¾ of the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and red bell pepper into the cream cheese mixture.
