Cut the wonton wrappers diagonally to form triangles.
Heat the oil in a large skillet until the tip of a chopstick or bamboo skewer bubbles when placed in the oil.
Carefully add the wonton wrappers into the hot oil, a couple at a time.
Flip the wonton wrappers, allowing them to brown on the edges, frying for about 30 seconds on each side. The wonton wrappers will continue to brown as they are removed from the oil. Remove and place them on paper towels to allow the excess oil to drain.
Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Arrange the fried wonton triangles on a serving platter.
Spoon the crab and cream cheese mixture over the wonton chips, dropping dollops evenly across the wonton chips.
Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the top.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful blend of textures and flavors in these Crab Rangoon Nachos.
