Instructions
Roses
Slice the meats and/or cheeses in half.
Lay the slices flat and slightly overlap them. Roll the sheet tightly from one end to create a central bud.
Then, arrange additional slices around the bud, gradually forming layers to resemble rose petals. Secure the layers with toothpicks as needed.
Finally, shape and fluff the petals to achieve a more realistic rose appearance.
Assemble
Arrange the baguette slices in a cross shape on a large serving board.
Under the cross, place the round of brie.
Cut the yellow bell pepper to resemble the opening of a tomb and rays of light. Place the small round of babybel to resemble the stone rolled away from the tomb opening.
Arrange the remaining ingredients around the cross and tomb. Fill any remaining gaps with rosemary sprigs.
Place small bowls of whole-grain mustard or honey strategically near the board for dipping.
