- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter unsalted, cold and diced
