Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 2-3 pounds
  • 1 cup chicken stock - or water
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot insert.
  • Pour in the broth.
  • Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika evenly over the top of the chicken.
  • Cover, lock the lid, and make sure it is set to the sealing position.
  • Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release for the remaining pressure.
  • Remove from the pot and shred before serving.
