- 30 ounces tortilla chips 1 to 2 bags
- 2 cups white queso dip prepared - warmed
- 1 pound taco meat from ground beef or ground turkey
- 15 ounces black beans rinsed and drained (1 can)
- 1 cup guacamole prepared
- 1 cup sour cream
Diced tomatoes, for garnish
Diced red onion, for garnish
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Sliced jalapenos, for garnish
In a new, clean trash can OR a LARGE bowl (about 1.5 gallons,) add a layer of tortilla chips.
Drizzle the chips as desired with the queso dip.
Add a sprinkle of taco meat and black beans over the queso dip.
Repeat the layers until the bowl or trash can is full.
When ready to serve, invert the bowl or trash can over a large serving platter or baking sheet. Then remove the bowl or can to reveal the nachos.
Drizzle the nachos with guacamole and sour cream if desired.
Garnish the nachos with preferred toppings such as diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced green onions, and sliced jalapenos.
