Charcuterie Cups

Change up the traditional charcuterie board and make these individual Charcuterie Cups for your next party. Simple, easy, and great for ANY occasion!

Equipment

  • 6-8 ounce snack cups
  • Skewers - picks

Ingredients

  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Olives - black or green
  • Cheese cubes - any type you prefer we did colby jack here
  • Mozzarella sticks
  • Mozzarella pearls
  • Salami
  • Long crunchy breadsticks
  • Pocky sticks
  • Rosemary sprigs - fresh

Instructions

  • First start by assembling the food onto the skewers.
  • Alternate the berries onto one skewer and place it into the cup.
  • Add olives, cheese, and tomatoes to another skewer.
  • Fold several pieces of the salami into quarters and stack them onto another pick.
  • Fill the cup with various skewers until they are filled to your liking.
  • Add in the breadsticks, pretzel twists, Pocky sticks, or any other crunchy snacks you have chosen.
  • Finish it off with a fresh sprig of Rosemary.

Notes

You can also add things like fresh mint leaves, chocolate-covered pretzels, candies, or other veggies you prefer.
