Ingredients

  • 16 ounces guacamole store-bought container
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper for the Grinch’s eyes
  • 1 small black olive sliced (for the Grinch's eyes)
  • 1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese for the hat’s brim
  • 1 cup sliced dried chorizo for the hat
  • sliced cucumber for the pom pom
  • 1 small red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper sliced
  • tortilla chips
  • mini pretzels
  • cherry tomatoes
  • green and black olives
  • pickled jalapeño slices

Instructions

  • Spread the guacamole in the center of a large serving board to create the Grinch's face. Press it with plastic wrap and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
  • Cut two small almond shapes from the yellow bell pepper to create the Grinch’s eyes and place the pieces on the guacamole.
  • Cut a black olive in half to make the Grinch's pupils, placing the olives on the eyes.
  • Cut a thin strip of red bell pepper for the Grinch's smile and arrange it below the eyes.
  • Over the Grinch's face, place the cheese cubes in an even row to be the brim of the Santa hat. Above the cheese, place the chorizo in the shape of the hat. Use the sliced cucumber for the pom pom.
  • Arrange the remaining ingredients around the Grinch character.
