Ingredients

  • 6 leaves lettuce - leafy
  • 1 bunch parsley - curly
  • 10 bay leaves fresh
  • 6 rosemary branches - fresh
  • ½ pound sliced salami
  • ½ pound ham folded - thinly sliced
  • ½ pound mozzarella pearls
  • ½ pound white cheese cubes - pepperjack, mozzarella, gouda, or white cheddar
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup red peppers sliced
  • ½ cup yellow peppers sliced

Instructions

  • Arrange the lettuce leaves in a circle on the platter, creating the base of the wreath.
  • Arrange the parsley, bay leaves, and rosemary on top of the lettuce. This will serve as the bed for your antipasto ingredients.
  • Start by layering the ham and salami on top of the greenery in a circular pattern, tucking some pieces under pieces of greenery. Then, add the cheese.
  • Arrange cherry tomatoes and olives evenly around the wreath, tucking them into the layers of meats and cheese.
  • Around the wreath, add the bell pepper strips alternating the colors.
  • Your antipasto wreath is ready to be served!
  • Place it in the center of the table and let your guests enjoy this delicious and visually stunning appetizer.
