Ingredients

  • 12 turkey wings sections
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Optional - ½ cup BBQ sauce for basting

    Instructions

    • Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl.
    • Season the wings on all sides with the seasoning mixture.
    • Place the wings back into the refrigerator while you preheat the smoker to 250°F.
    • Once the smoker is heated, place the wings directly onto the grill grates and close the lid. Smoke for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
    • *Optional - baste with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking
    • Serve hot off the grill.
