Ingredients
12turkey wings sections
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonfine sea salt
2teaspoonspaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
Optional - ½ cup BBQ sauce for basting
Instructions
Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl.
Season the wings on all sides with the seasoning mixture.
Place the wings back into the refrigerator while you preheat the smoker to 250°F.
Once the smoker is heated, place the wings directly onto the grill grates and close the lid. Smoke for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
*Optional - baste with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking
