Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • ½ cup butter - room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzel mini twists
  • ¾ cup M&M's

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine, peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Use a stand or hand mixer on medium-high to blend everything together. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything gets mixed and is nice and fluffy in texture.
  • Slowly stir in the oats and flour.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pretzels, and M&M's.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week!

Notes

Try dark chocolate.
Use any candy-coated chocolate you’d like.

**If you are concerned about killing bacteria in the flour, you can either pour the flour onto a baking sheet & bake in a 350-degree oven for 5 minutes or place it on a microwave-safe plate & microwave for at least 1-2 minutes or until it reaches 160 degrees before adding to your dough mixture.
