Pool Party Jello Shots are for adults but can be easily adapted if you want to make them kid-friendly. Super cute and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces blue raspberry gelatin mix - 3 oz box size
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • strawberry ring gummies enough for each shot
  • gummy bears enough for each shot

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add blue gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Next, add in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, and continue whisking until fully incorporated.
  • Line the cups out on a tray.
  • Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into each cup filling almost to the top
  • Place the cups into the fridge and allow them to set. About 3 hours.
  • Place a gummy bear into a gummy ring and set it on the top of each shot cup.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

These are super easy to prepare ahead of time and will keep well in the fridge for a few days.
