Ingredients
1cupstrawberriesfresh
2tbspwater
2tbspgelatin powder
½tspliquid stevia
¼tspstrawberry flavoring(extract or essence)
Instructions
Place the chopped strawberries into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
Pour strawberry juice through a nut milk bag to remove strawberry seeds.
Place the seedless strawberry juice into a small saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water, gelatine powder, strawberry essence, and liquid stevia. Stir with a spatula until the ingredients are combined.
Place the saucepan over low heat, and stir until the gelatine dissolves.
Pour into the silicone gummy bear molds. I’ve worked in two batches of 24 gummy bears each.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes in the fridge to harden.
Notes
Tips ● For easier unmolding, brush a small amount of oil on the silicone molds before adding the mixture. ● Leave the remaining gelatine on the counter at room temperature if working in two batches. It’ll harden, but you can melt it on the stove again. It’ll be perfect!Notes - These gummies are flavorful, just like store-bought, but they slightly differ in texture as they aren’t as elastic.
