Equipment

  • electric pellet smoker

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops - center cut - at least 1” thick
  • Olive oil spray - OR 2 tbsp olive oil drizzle
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp Traeger pork seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper - finely ground

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
  • Lay the pork chops on a tray and spritz them with oil.
  • Sprinkle on the seasonings and pat them down so that it sticks to the meat. Flip and do the same to the other side.
  • Once the smoker is heated - place the pork chops on the smoker, close the lid, and smoke them for 45 minutes.
  • Then increase the heat to 300 degrees and cook until the internal temp reaches 145 degrees. This process should take another 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove and allow them to rest, tented with foil, for 5-10 minutes before serving.
