Ingredients

  • 32 ounces mixed berries frozen - 2 bags
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 15 ounces vanilla cake mix - 1 box
  • ½ cup butter cut into pats - 1 stick

Instructions

  • Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in the slow cooker - stir.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the berry mixture.
  • Top the cake mix with the pats of butter - do not stir.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top, if desired.
