- 32 ounces mixed berries frozen - 2 bags
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 15 ounces vanilla cake mix - 1 box
- ½ cup butter cut into pats - 1 stick
Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in the slow cooker - stir.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the berry mixture.
Top the cake mix with the pats of butter - do not stir.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top, if desired.
