Ingredients
2cupsheavy cream
14ozsweetened condensed milk1 can
2whole vanilla beans
1tbspvanilla extract
Instructions
Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl and mix on high until whipped and fluffy. (3-5 mins)
Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until no streaks remain.
Slice the vanilla beans in half and scrape out the paste inside.
Add that to the ice cream mixture, then stir.
Transfer the mixture to the bread pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-8 hours.
Notes
If you can't find vanilla beans (or they are too expensive) you can use vanilla bean paste in a jar - often found online at Amazon, Walmart, or Michaels. You can also just add 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
