Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter - melted (1 stick)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar divided
  • 16 ounces peaches frozen
  • 1 cup baking mix - such as Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the melted butter into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the peaches and ¼ cup of the sugar to the cooker. Toss the peaches to coat them in the sugar.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the baking mix and the remaining sugar.
  • Stir in the milk until evenly blended.
  • Pour the batter over the peaches.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
