Nutella Muffins

Nutella Muffins are a tasty breakfast recipe that you can make in about 30 minutes with just a handful of ingredients. Simple and delicious!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter - room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 6 tbsp self-rising flour
  • ¼ cup Nutella

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a muffin tin with papers or you can use a silicone baking pan.
  • In a mixer bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and beat until just blended in.
  • Slowly stir in the flour until the mixture is creamy.
  • Use a large cookie scoop and portion the batter out into the prepared muffin tin.
  • Add about 1 tsp of Nutella to the top of the batter in each well.
  • Take a chopstick or skewer and swirl the Nutella around in the batter a bit.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops spring back when gently pressed.
  • Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

The self-rising flour is separated in the ingredient list for the purpose of calculating the nutritional info. It will not be separated when preparing the recipe.
