- 4 chicken breasts - boneless/skinless
salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or cooking oil. Place the chicken in the dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and set aside.
In s medium bowl, combine the mayo, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Whisk well.
Divide the mixture - adding a portion on top of each of the chicken breasts. Spread the mixture to cover each piece.
Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The top should be golden brown and bubbling.
