8ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
1teaspoonvanilla extract
4cupsheavy cream
¾cupconfectioner’s sugar
¾cupsprinklesdivided
8ounceswhipped toppingfrozen - thawed
Instructions
In a 9x13 casserole dish, arrange some of the cookies into a single layer to cover the bottom.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Add the confectioner’s sugar and heavy cream, beating until soft peaks form.
Fold in ½ cup of the sprinkles.
Drop about ⅓ of the cream mixture over the cookie layer and spread it into an even layer.
Repeat the layers twice.
Fold the frozen whipped topping into the remaining cream mixture. Spread the cream mixture over the top.
Top with the remaining sprinkles.
Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
