Ingredients

  • 25.5 ounces Golden Oreo cookies 1 package
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • ¾ cup sprinkles divided
  • 8 ounces whipped topping frozen - thawed

Instructions

  • In a 9x13 casserole dish, arrange some of the cookies into a single layer to cover the bottom.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the confectioner’s sugar and heavy cream, beating until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in ½ cup of the sprinkles.
  • Drop about ⅓ of the cream mixture over the cookie layer and spread it into an even layer.
  • Repeat the layers twice.
  • Fold the frozen whipped topping into the remaining cream mixture. Spread the cream mixture over the top.
  • Top with the remaining sprinkles.
  • Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
